Your account number is located on your invoice below the coverage date.

Your member ID can be found on your Humana member ID card below your name.

Your group ID is located on your invoice as part of your billing ID. Only enter the numbers shown before the hyphen.

If you have a coupon book, you can find your billing ID in the lower right-hand corner of each coupon below the premium amount.

If you have an invoice, your billing ID is displayed as the first two sections of your account number.
